BES is a deliberately small, family-owned business, ensuring that each home we manage—starting at 12,675 square feet—receives uncompromising attention to detail and truly white-glove service.

Bowynn Elizabeth Smith (BES) – The Heart of Beyond Expectation Services

Beyond Expectation Services was built as a legacy, designed to be a company our daughter, Bowynn, could one day call her own.  At a very young age Bowynn learned first hand the power of sound foundations, uncompromising standards and strong work ethic. She continues to learn the importance of loving what you do and we hope to cultivate in her a skill set that will be useful throughout her life in any career-path she chooses or any place she goes. If you truly love what you do and you do it well everything else will fall in place. 

Eyreka Smith

Originally from Pennsylvania, Eyreka came to Park City for a ski season and never left. Eyreka has built an impressive career in Park City’s prolific hospitality industry. Starting her Park City journey as innkeeper at the Old Town Guest House (voted the best inn in Utah for outdoor enthusiasts). She fine tuned her skills opening Hotel Park City and later Eriksen Lodge. She is your “go-to girl”.  Eyreka is not afraid to work hard or get her hands dirty.  She has done it all – from making beds to organizing corporate events and million-dollar weddings. Eyreka is the one who ensures every detail is flawless, from housekeeping and guest experience to personalized concierge services. With deep local connections and an instinct for anticipating homeowners’ needs, she ensures that every moment in your Deer Valley home is effortless.

Daine Smith

Daine moved from San Diego to Deer Valley in 1999. His Navy family background gave him an opportunity to meet some incredible people and live in some wonderful places. Despite all this he never felt grounded.  That all changed when he moved to Utah.  Deer Valley was instantly the only place that felt like home, and he has never looked back.

After attending high school at Culver Academies, he pursued his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Indiana University.  After University he moved back to San Diego, started and sold two successful businesses before moving to Deer Valley in 1999. Daine quickly immersed himself in the hospitality industry of Park City. A man of many skills, Daine’s attention to detail, passion for exceptional service and great organizational skills have made him successful in all his undertakings – from opening a Luxury Boutique Hotel to managing large second-home golf communities.
