We are a family-owned, boutique Mountain Home management company built on a foundation of five-star hospitality and uncompromising standards. BES is a deliberately small, family-owned business, ensuring that each home we manage receives uncompromising attention to detail and truly white-glove service.  Unlike larger firms, we manage only a select number of exceptional homes, ensuring each receives the full measure of attention to detail, and discretion it deserves.

Our Story

Bowynn Elizabeth Smith (BES)

Bowynn is BES. From a very young age Bowynn learned first hand the power of sound foundations, uncompromising standards and strong work ethic. She continues to learn the importance of loving what you do and we hope to cultivate in her a skill set that will be useful throughout her life in any career-path she chooses. If you truly love what you do and you do it well everything else will fall in place. 

Eyreka Smith

Originally from Pennsylvania, Eyreka came to Park City for one ski season and, like many, never left. With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, she has excelled in roles ranging from innkeeper at the Old Town Guest House (voted Utah’s best inn for outdoor enthusiasts), to management positions at Hotel Park City and Eriksen Lodge. As Assistant General Manager of a large HOA management company, she oversaw up to 18 individual Owner Associations. Eyreka’s deep local knowledge and dedication to flawless detail make her the ultimate go-to resource for homeowners.

Daine Smith

Daine grew up in a Navy family, an upbringing that gave him the opportunity to meet incredible people and experience life in many places. After attending Culver Academies, he pursued his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Indiana University. Despite those opportunities, Daine says one thing was missing—he never truly felt at home. That changed in 1999 when he moved to Deer Valley and discovered a passion for sharing the mountain lifestyle he loves.  Daine’s attention to detail, passion for exceptional service and organizational skills have made him successful in all his undertakings – from opening a Luxury Boutique Hotel to managing large second-home golf communities. Daine ensures every home is cared for as if it were his own.
